Aliso Beach Park is one of the bonfire locations that have remained open in California. This flat sandy beach in Laguna Beach is user-friendly: convenient on-site paid parking lot, restrooms, picnic tables, bonfire pits, except it's BYOFW (bring your own fire wood). Duraflame log could run you about $10 and don't forget the matches! I suggest hitting the beach in the early afternoon so you can claim a bonfire pit and set it up before sunset, but you can hang out until closing at 10 PM. s'mores! There is a little shop at the pier in case you need some snacks, supplies, and fishing gear rental. A bonfire is a fun outdoor date idea to do almost anytime even when it gets "chilly" in California. Based on weather.com's 10-day forecast, the Laguna Beach area should be nice for this whole week, but the rain starts up again next Monday.
